deposit & Cancellation policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A 30% deposit is required to reserve all trips. Full payment will be processed 48 hours prior to scheduled trip. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are refundable in the form of a credit that can be used for a future trip, rental, or in our retail store.

Age requirement Policy

Due to insurance requirements, we are able to take children 3 and older on the scenic rafting trips, and children 7 and older on whitewater trips involving class 3 rapids. No exceptions, sorry.
