Explore the Upper Salmon River up close and personal by paddling your own! The town of Salmon has several areas for beginner-level inflatable kayaking or paddleboarding. Spend the day at a local mountain lake or on the Salmon River right through town. We can recommend great options for sightseeing from the water in one of our rentals! Ask us about shuttle options. Reservations are recommended to ensure availability.
Single Inflatable Kayak
The single-person Kayak comes with an inflatable seat that can be used as a backrest with your legs stretched out in front of you. This boat is paddled with a double-bladed kayak paddle.
Tandem Inflatable Kayak
This double person Kayak comes with ergonomic backrests. This seat allows for a relaxed position with your legs stretched out in front of you. This boat is paddled with a double bladed kayak paddle, and can use one or two paddles. There is a covered storage space for coolers or other gear.
Stand-up Paddle Board
SUPs can be comfortable when used in a standing, kneeling, or seated position. These paddle boards are used with long single-bladed paddles.
